How do I figure out sizing?

All of our products have an approximate age sizing on them as well as specific inch dimensions. So if you're unsure of sizing measuring around the head or the length of a foot is the best bet.

How do I care for my items?

The best way to care for your items is to hand wash them in cold water. Lay them as flat as possible to dry without wringing them out or stretching them as they will dry out of shape. If your hat contains a pompom don't forget to unsnap them before you wash.

Bub Boots should be spot cleaned with cold water and air dried.

Do you provide local pick up or drop off?

I do if you live in Manning or can stop by my house for porch pick up. Just choose the local drop off option when checking out. E-mail me at northerntouches@gmail.com or call/text 780-836-0164 to arrange this.

Who makes your items?

All of our items are handmade by myself or my Granny. Stitching love into every item.

How long does it take for my item to be made or shipped?

Current lead times are 1-2 weeks for custom and made to order items. Items are shipped out 1-2 times a week depending on volume. At most your items will take 1 week to ship once completed.

If your item has not been delivered within 4 weeks of placing your order we will offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.

Do you do refunds?

If your order is received in damaged condition we will provide a complete refund upon receiving your returned item. There are no returns on digital items.
